Milo Coppershine

Milo Coppershine
The party met Milo in Greyphon Hollow after it had been overrun by undead. After saving the town, Milo introduced himself and then travelled with the party back to Emberwatch
Once the party were given stewardship of the township, the party approached Milo with the offer of a brick and mortar store and he jumped at the opportunity, asserting himself as the new town manager.
Milo was traveling with his two teenage apprentices, Sparrow and Wren Scrubb. They are now also members of the township that support Milo in his duties
Sparrow and Wren Scrubb

Sparrow (left) and Wren (right) Scrubb
Sparrow and Wren are the sibling apprentices of Milo Coppershine who were traveling with him prior to being met by the party in Greyphon Hollow.
They are the hands and feet of Milo's aspirations. Without them, Milo would be a rambling mess with a million great ideas that are all 10% completed.
Despite being young, much of the foundation of the township would struggle without these two. They are competent, confident, and excited about building a new home for themselves
Kallista ("Kal")

Kal
Kallista (more colloquially known as "Kal") is the tavernkeeper of The Rising Ember - a tavern that she started in the town. She met the party at her previous place of work - the Sanctuary Inn in Emberwatch run by Gran.
Despite her difficult upbringing, Kal has made the most of her time with Gran and has made The Rising Ember and Greyphon Hollow a place welcoming to locals and visitors alike. Everyone is welcome in her establishment.

Dorp and Dork

Dorp and Dork
Dorp and Dork were met by the party on the way back to Emberwatch after first rescuing Greyphon Hollow. They were doing their best to earn an honest living by (attempting to) maintain the roads and charged a toll to passers-by. When the party inherited the town, the trolls seemed like a great option to both protect and maintain the town
What they lack in intelligence Dorp and Dork make up for in heart. They are deeply passionate about their new role and are grateful to not be looked down upon by the stewards and citizens of the town.
